Does Amazon allow A/B tests? 
We have written permission from Amazon to perform A/B tests and they have assured us that seller accounts will not be banned due to changing product details frequently. 
 
What marketplaces does Splitly support?
 Splitly supports Amazon US, Canada, Mexico and all of Europe: UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, and France! However, keep in mind, I only speak English fluently, for pother marketplances than US or UK, please get in touch first.

Do you need access to my seller account? 
We require you to authorize MWS (Marketplace Web Service) to Spitly and require dummy login credentials. Setting this up is easy and will take just a few minutes. Without this, we will not be able to apply variant rotations or fetch performance reports from your account. 
Please let me know if you find it too techy or time consuming, and I'll do it for you.

Do I need to pay Spitly separately?
I do all tests with Spitly. which currently costs $50 per month. The price is above the Spitly cost.

Is it legal to do A/B Testing on Amazon? Will Amazon ban me?
Yes, AB testing is legal. Amazon won't ban you. Spitly has written proof of it.

Can I trust you with access to my seller account?
You only give access to Spitly and give access to your Spitly account. You have total control and ownership.

What will you do with my data?
I don't store any data. I don't work with competitors.

What if my listing is already optimized?
In our opinion, a listing can never truly be fully optimized, or at the very least, you have to revisit your optimization strategy every so often, because there are so many moving parts on Amazon. For this reason we recommend running continuous tests. IF you run Pay-Per-Click campaigns, it's even better.

How long does it take to see results?
Very good question! It depends on the search volume and the current conversion of your listing.
A test is successful if the diference is significant. But how long does it take?

We have 2 options:

Option #1. We determine the test cycle by visits on your listing.

Option #2. We determine the test cycle in time frame. For example, I create 1 new test per 1 week, 2 weeks or 1 month.

In either case, first we research the product and let you know it upfront.
